Overview

The driving force behind Meat & Produce is creating a new and collaborative way to meet with our teams, our clients and our partners (influencers and creators) in order to co-produce impactful ideas, experiences and content.  Our approach will pave a new path to connecting with our consumers by giving the people who know our brands and our audiences best a voice at every step of the way.  Collaboration and a “maker” culture is at the heart of everything that we do---this requires an ability to inspire others to bring the best out of each one of our team members and partners.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a nimble and creative Associate Producer with a strong grasp of social and creator culture and production experience that leans short-form and social-first yet grounded in the core principles of storytelling and production. You'll be responsible for producing organic and paid content across brand channels, with strong leadership around the content and production trends and best practices that enable best-performing content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You have sharp storytelling instincts, can turn a client ask into scroll-stopping content, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You think two steps ahead and take ownership of both the creative and technical sides of production. Whether shooting on an iPhone, directing creators, or editing in Premiere or CapCut, you know how to bring an idea to life from start to finish. This is a client-facing role.

  • Manage creator relationships and support production planning including briefing through to asset delivery, creator and crew coordination, supply orders and invoicing
  • Shoot and edit short-form video that aligns with brand guidelines and channel-specific specs
  • Direct talent and creators, both remotely and on set; providing support for voiceovers and on-camera performance
  • Oversee on-site production logistics with an eye for detail and styling, including coordination with crew, talent and capturing content yourself as needed
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets of multiple projects with strong organizational oversight
  • Own post-production workflows: editing, reviews, revisions, and final delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (accounts, finance, media) and external partners (client teams, creators, vendors)
  • Be at the forefront of social platform updates, trends, and best practices to inform content strategy – you live and breathe all things social

  • Collaboration on agency activities/working groups
  • Participation in training opportunities and memberships to improve skills and increase understanding of the industry
  • Identifying new opportunities that evolve the value we bring to clients
