You’re someone who can guide the day‑to‑day work across multiple programs, build trusted relationships with clients and partners, and elevate ideas grounded in insight and cultural relevance. What You'll Do: 

Client Management & Strategic Support

• Serve as a day‑to‑day client contact, managing program delivery and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans, timelines, briefs, and team direction.
• Support strategic development by evaluating and integrating insights, analyzing cultural signals, and contributing recommendations that ladder up to client business goals.
• Lead development of presentation materials, program recaps, and strategic POVs with senior oversight.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and agency partners through proactive communication, solution‑oriented thinking, and reliability.
• Support senior leadership in identifying organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Project & Team Leadership

• Oversee day‑to‑day workflow across integrated communications programs, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment to strategy.
• Lead internal project planning, including briefing teams, developing timelines, assigning responsibilities, and managing cross‑functional collaboration.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and quality control for junior team members, helping to grow their capabilities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with agency and third-party partners to deliver integrated work.

Media Relations & Thought Leadership

• Develop Earned+ strategies in collaboration with senior team members, using consumer insight and cultural trends to shape recommendations.
• Own drafting and refinement of media materials, including pitches, press releases, key messaging, spokesperson briefing books, and Q&As.
• Lead media outreach plans and oversee tactical execution to secure meaningful, high‑quality coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with key reporters and identify opportunities for clients to join or shape cultural conversations.
• Monitor news cycles and industry trends, proactively spotting opportunities and flagging emerging topics for clients.

Influencer, Creator & Content Program Leadership

• Oversee influencer and creator program development, including partner selection, contracting, briefing, content review, and performance measurement.
• Evaluate influencer fit based on audience insights, content quality, brand alignment, and business needs.
• Oversee briefing sessions, providing clear creative direction and ensuring deliverables align with strategy.
• Manage content review cycles, offering actionable feedback, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with partners and internal teams to finalize outputs.
• Support development of owned content, including storytelling concepts, scripts, social copy, and editorial frameworks.

• Use AI tools to enhance research, draft materials, analyze data, and identify trends.
• Understand best practices and ethical guidelines for responsible use of AI tools, applying critical thinking and human judgement to every AI-generated output.
• Explore emerging tools and make recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and creative output.

Digital & Social Intelligence

• Stay ahead of cultural shifts, platform evolutions, emerging formats, and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more.
• Evaluate creator and community behaviour to inform integrated content strategies.
• Bring digital insights to brainstorms, strategy decks, and proactive client recommendations.
